聖文森認為納入台灣 世界必然受益

聖文森總理龔薩福認為新時代需要新的解決方案，而不是過時的霸權壓制，台灣向來是令人欽佩的經濟奇蹟、是一個蓬勃發展的民主國家，有權利要求有意義參與相關國際機構，將台灣納入需要多邊協調合作的全球議題之中，世界必然受益。

Thanks to Prime Minister Ralph Gonsalves of #StVincentAndTheGrenadines for his call for #Taiwan's inclusion in global bodies at the #UNGA76 General Debate:

"It is high time for this United Nations and its agencies to cease their exclusion of Taiwan from meaningful participation. Surely, the world will benefit from Taiwan’s inclusion in global bodies such as the World Health Assembly, the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change, the International Civil Aviation Organization, and INTERPOL. Concerted, multi-lateral cooperation on global matters such as health, climate change, civil aviation, crime, and so forth requires all hands on deck, metaphorically speaking. Taiwan is a relatively small, but legitimate, political expression of the magnificent Chinese civilization; it has been an impressive economic miracle; it is a thriving democracy; and it has a right to ask for meaningful inclusion in the relevant global institutions. New times demand fresh solutions, not old-fashioned hegemonic responses."

Taiwan's vision of global partnership can serve as a valuable reference for the UN.

Ingrained gender roles have taken a heavy toll on previous generations in #Taiwan and the greater Asia region. Many brilliant women were forced out of their careers and had to undertake the lion’s share of childcare duties, while men were denied the opportunity to be the primary care-giver to their children. Things are changing here in Taiwan and the government is trying to make this change easier, allowing both men and women to take up to six months parental leave to care for their child, with subsidies available allowing them to collect around 80% of their salary.

In the recent promotional short, "To Freedom," as part of MOFA’s #UNGA76 campaign, we feature the story of one such young parent, who represents many young men taking advantage of the recent changes to parental leave allowance:

“It’s quite progressive here. My wife and I have the same choices and opportunities. As I wanted to spend time with my child, I took six months parental leave from work and so his first word was “Daddy!” Family and career carry equal importance and require equal strength.”

If the UN states part of its mission as encouraging countries around the world to respect the rights of their people, Taiwan's vision of global partnership can serve as a valuable reference.

中國霸凌行為逾越歐盟的價值底線
歐洲議會議員強力支持立陶宛與台灣發展關係

來自歐洲議會 #5大主流黨團、 #20個會員國 共 #62位重量級歐洲議會議員 公開聯名致函，這封信對象是立陶宛總統、總理及國會議長，同時副本歐盟高層，針對中國近來的威脅、恐嚇與霸凌(太離譜了 真的太離譜了)，展現與立陶宛團結一致的支持，並強調台灣在國際社會中扮演至關重要的角色，所有歐洲聯盟會員國均有權利與台灣深化經濟、文化與外交關係。

此外，歐洲議會副議長 #卡斯塔多 也表示支持立陶宛與台灣深化關係的決定，他也是歐洲議會最近通過挺台報告的一大推手呦～～

卡斯塔多在臉書表示，針對歐盟強化對台關係， #歐洲是時候該大力支持了 ，他最近接受義大利媒體「宣言報」訪問表示，台灣與歐盟共享多元 #民主 #自由 及 #尊重法治 精神，而違反人權及具侵略性的外交政策，歐盟都不能坐視不管保持沉默。

外交部誠摯感謝歐洲盟友持續用具體行動立挺台灣及立陶宛，未來台灣將持續與立陶宛及歐盟等理念相近夥伴保持密切交流，鞏固全球民主陣營力量！

62 cross-party MEPs signed an open letter to #Lithuania’s President Gitanas Nausėda, Speaker of the Seimas Viktorija Čmilytė-Nielsen and Prime Minister Ingrida Šimonytė expressing their support for the people of Lithuania amid the threats, intimidation and bullying behaviour they’ve suffered at the hands of the PRC.

The letter, which was also forwarded to the leadership of the #EuropeanUnion, condemned the pattern of using “de-facto trade sanctions” against countries in an attempt to coerce them into geopolitical acquiescence. The letter called for the EU to reiterate the right of all its member states to conduct their economic, cultural and diplomatic relations with #Taiwan as they see fit, adding that Taiwan has a vital role to play in the international community.

This comes as European Parliament Vice President Fabio Massimo Castaldo took to Facebook to say it was time for Europe to strongly support bolstering relations with Taiwan, following an interview with Italian daily il manifesto in which he condemned human rights abuses in China and emphasized Taiwan as an important partner in the Indo-Pacific region.

Taiwan strives to be a force for stability and good in the international community and we’ll continue to safeguard our values of #democracy, #freedom and respect for #HumanRights and #RuleOfLaw, shoulder to shoulder with our #LikeMinded partners in Lithuania and the #EU.

「禪」是梵語「禪那」（ध्यान，dhyāna）的簡稱。原義是靜慮，意即至心一處、靜思觀修。禪可以說是一種基於「靜止」的行為模式。停止才能前進，留空才能增加。透過靜止的冥想，屏除雜念，人們才能鍛煉思維，進而發展智慧。

台灣陷阱饒舌霸主高浩哲K-HOW，繼2019年關注台灣當前青年世代困境的《日頭赤炎炎》專輯後，睽違一年再度推出個人第五張創作專輯《ZENWAVE》。經歷了多年的歌手生涯高低變化，高浩哲走過憤怒、悲傷、狂喜等多種情緒起伏。此次高浩哲選擇跨越外在世俗的直觀執念，以內在的「禪定」出發。不論人世間的爭奪喧噪，將自身的意念得以匯聚成流，高浩哲不再徬徨。生活也好、創作也好，順著自己的節奏即可持續前進。

《ZENWAVE》除了呈現高浩哲的心境轉變，同也體現其耕耘多年的音樂思維之躍升。除了足以代表其音樂風格的808 Trap，不論是80’s帶有Cyberpunk科幻風味的Synth Sound、國際潮流上逐漸嶄露頭角的Drill，甚至是嘗試搖滾、House等跨界曲風。他並不滿足只被定義為一線陷阱歌手。

製作團隊除了海底隊當家製作RAYLO、老夥伴電音唱作人Dusa，此張專輯更是邀來了曾編曲頑童MJ116〈幹大事〉、〈少年董〉等知名單曲，並固定與有著BRIDGE等大勢饒舌歌手的重慶嘻哈廠牌GO$H合作的台灣知名製作人ROLLMEAJOIENTYELLA參與編曲、製作。

從專輯的取樣成音、視覺設計，甚至是MV的造型美術，高浩哲皆大量挪用本土民俗文化，尤其是三太子。對他而言自己好比三太子般對抗權貴階級。為了台灣年輕世代奉獻生命，削肉還母、剔骨還父，最終對抗成功。世代間的衝突和對立，也一直是他關注的議題。

高浩哲用他一貫的暗黑風格，搭配上強而有力的專輯概念、企製團隊。無論成功與否，他早已在這條音樂的不歸路上留下屬於他的記號。

The concept of “Zen” originated from ancient Sanskrit（ध्यान，dhyāna）,which means quiet down one’s mind, putting one’s heart into a singular focus. “Zen” can be interpreted as a behavioral pattern based on “tranquility”. One can only move forward by slowing down and earn more by empting out. Through the meditation of tranquility, erasing all the noise inside, that we can strengthen our mind and develop higher intelligence.

Since the album《日頭赤炎炎》focus on the struggle of young generation released in 2019, here comes the fifth album《ZENWAVE》from Taiwanese trap king K-How. After many year’s ups and downs, K-How went through various different emotions, anger, sadness, ecstasy…etc. This time K-How chose to transcend worldly attachment, restart from a inner status of “Zen”, disregarding all the external hustle, leaving only pure mindfulness in his heart, K-How is no longer lost, no matter life or his creations, he goes with his own flow and keep moving forward.

What《ZENWAVE》presented is not only the mental changes of K-How, but also the development of his music aesthetic over the years, except his iconic sounds of trap 808s or synth sound with 80’s cyberpunk characteristic, he even try to combines elements of Rock, House Music into this album, showing that he’s not satisfied with only being a trap music artist.

The all-star production team are comprised of Helicrew’s main producer Raylo, the usual suspect – singer/electronic music producer Dusa Naga, he also invited the well-known Taiwanese hip-hop producer ROLLMEAJOIENTYELLA who’re known for countless award-winning hit songs that he produced for across mandarin hip hop scene, from artists like Taiwan’s hip hop superstar MJ116 to Chinese top hip hop artists like BRIDGE、MACOVERSEAS to participate in the beat-making process.
From album’s sound selection, visual artwork to the subtle details in his music video, K-How implement lots of local folklore culture including imagery of Nezha. who died fighting the upper class and finally succeeded in the confrontation, which K-How symbolized himself as Nezha, sacrificing his life for young generation in Taiwan, expressing the conflict in between different generations and traditional values thru his music.
K-HOW continues his dark style on top of strong album concept, production team, no matter if he succeeds or not, K-HOW’s already leaving marks on this never-returning path.

大家應該都知道我很重視台灣觀光方面的發展，所以很常分享許多宣傳台灣的旅遊影片跟想法。

尤其台北最近幾年讓我特別開心的一件事就是觀光夜市愈來愈進步。你們不覺得現在的夜市環境比以前更有衛生，更整齊嗎？

前陣子我特地帶兩位外國朋友（美國🇺🇸跟日本🇯🇵）一起去雙城夜市走一走。短短的兩個小時，他們也發現現在的夜市相當乾淨。而且最有趣的是我當天給他們各一百元！結果我們三個人總共花三百元！

說實話美國跟日本三百元買不到什麼！但是在台北的夜市完全相反😂 先看我的影片，然後請記得分享出去。疫情時間，大家好好欣賞我們的本土觀光產業，一邊準備未來。等一切恢復正常的時候，台灣一樣繼續歡迎全世界來玩❤️

I realized how our Taipei night markets getting better and better。Did you notice that？More clean and tidy now。

Short time ago i invited my friends from Japan and USA to enjoy night market culture with me。We spend two hours in the night market and they really appreciate cleanness of stalls ，streets etc 😊 Besides，we played a game Whether spending 10 USD$ is enough or not for three of us？

In Taipei night markets with 10 USD$ you can buy many things，but in Japan and USA it is not enough to buy that much food 😂

少し前に、私は2人の外国人の友達（アメリカ🇺🇸と日本🇯🇵）を連れて雙城夜市へ行きました。短い2時間という時間の中で、彼らも現在の夜市がとてもきれいだと気づきました。しかも1番面白いのは、その日彼らに1人100元ずつ渡して、私たち3人は合計300元使ったこと！

実を言うと、アメリカと日本では300元じゃ大した物は買えないのです！でも台北の夜市は完全に反対😂まずは私のビデオを見て、その後シェアしてください。コロナ自粛期間中ですので、みんなでしっかりと私たちの本土観光産業を楽しみ、そして同時に未来への準備をしましょう。全てが元に戻った時、台湾はまた同じ様に世界中の皆さんが遊びにくるのを歓迎します❤️
